This 87-unit luxury apartment building is located in the Pinecrest mixed-use development and includes 43,000 SF of retail space on the ground floor. The facility was constructed utilizing a post tension concrete podium with three levels of wood framed structure above.

The one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments feature spacious floorplans, luxurious finishes, breathtaking views, and state-of-the-art technology. Amenities include an attached heated garage, a community room with a fireplace and bar, a billiards room, and a fitness center.

DiGeronimo Development was a developer on the project, and in addition to IC’s CM at Risk services, Independence Excavating performed the site environmental, earth retention, sitework, and site utilities.
