As part of the $202.5M Progressive Field Reimagined project, the Guardians Administration Building received a full renovation as well as the addition of a 5th floor. The new space features open work and café areas, as well as collaborative spaces for meetings, casual interactions, and team planning.

Highlights of the new and improved space include:

• Office and meeting spaces equipped to support virtual collaboration with remote staff and scouts.
• A state-of-the-art draft room that anchors the team’s talent selection process.
• Light-filled space courtesy of demountable glass partitions that enhance openness and connectivity while maintaining acoustics.

In addition to our services as part of the CM Team, our Special Projects Group performed the general trades on the project, with scope including the custom reception desk and wall paneling, glass wall systems, and detailed casework.
