This project consisted of a 2-story auto dealership on a 3.6 acre parcel of land with a shared 265 parking space sales lot. Features of the facility include:
The building envelope consists of a structural steel frame and half-height masonry in the service area of the building. The exterior façade also includes a combination of EIFS, aluminum composite panels, and storefront windows, which created the majority of the sales area exterior façade.
Design details of the new facility include coffered 22’ high sales and service drive ceilings and imported Italian tile through the entire facility including the service drive and service areas.
