This project consisted of a one-story auto dealership on a 3.6 acre parcel of land containing a shared 265 parking space sales lot. The facility features:

• 6-Vehicle Showroom
• 4-Vehicle Service Drive
• 7-Bay Service Area
• 3-Vehicle Detail Bay
• Parts Storage Mezzanine
• Training Room
• 9-Office Sales Department

The building envelope consists of a structural steel frame and half-height masonry in the service area of the building. The exterior façade includes a combination of EIFS and aluminum composite panels. Large glass windows also create much of the sales area exterior façades.

The majority of this facility has open painted ceilings and contains many brand-specific finishes, including millwork and tile flooring throughout the entire facility including the service drive and service areas.
