This project consisted of the complete build-out for new Amazon delivery stations in this facility previously constructed by Independence Construction. The scope of work included:
- Modification of the existing168,000 SF warehouse
- Interior construction of a 15,000 SF office facility
- Installation of 8 new loading docks and 4 van loading terminals
- Construction of a 34,000 SF van loading canopy
- Paving of approximately 16 acres for van storage parking
- Paving of 2 acres of associate/customer parking
