This new LEED Silver certified student housing facility accommodates 500upperclass and transfer students in a combination of one- and two-bedroom units with two residents per bedroom. Apartments include a kitchen, fully furnished living room and bedroom(s),and one bathroom for every pair of residents.

The four-story building also features a variety of study spaces, billiards and table tennis lounges, and a Subway sandwich shop.

Outdoor amenities include basketball and volleyball courts, a BBQ area, a covered and lighted bicycle shelter, and an inviting courtyard area that is designed to reinforce a connection to the nearby historic Bluestone Area of campus and the Memorial Hall area.
