Bellwether Enterprise - Corporate Headquarters Build-out

This project consisted of the interior construction of a new national headquarters for the mortgage banking company.

Situated on the 24th floor of One Cleveland Center in downtown Cleveland, this new space allows the local staff to work in a single setting and increased their office space by 25%.

The modern new space features an open floor concept, a sleek and inviting café, and sweeping views of Cleveland’s skyline. With 20 offices and 55 work stations, there is enough space for 75 employees.
