Benesch Office Renovation

This project consisted of a fast-paced renovation of the business law firm’s space on the 17th floor of the 200 Public Square building in downtown Cleveland. In order to minimize disruption to the building tenants, all demolition, core drilling, and other noise-prohibitive tasks were performed during off-hours.

The renovated spaces include updated offices, a conference room, and a collaborative open kitchen design featuring a custom 17’ stone table. HVAC and electrical systems were also updated with an iPad-controlled Lutron system throughout the space.
