The luxury 5-story apartment building has 157 units and includes a ground floor parking garage and approximately 13,500 SF of co-working space.
Amenities for the 196,708 SF facility include a resort-style pool, a patio with grill area and fire pits, pickleball courts, a fitness center, a coffee/wine bar, bike storage, and electric car chargers.
The luxury 2- and 3-bedroom townhomes feature spacious modern layouts, luxury finishes, attached garages, laundry rooms, walk-in closets, and rooftop decks. This first phase includes 11 units.
DiGeronimo Development was a co-developer on this phase of the project, and in addition to IC’s CM at Risk services, our Special Projects Group was responsible for interior and exterior studs and general trades work including installation of the demountable glass wall systems, while Independence Excavating performed the sitework.
