Located at the Browns’ existing training facility, CrossCountry Mortgage Campus, this project added a new state-of-the-art performance center and weight room.

The first floor is dedicated to weight training with direct access to the indoor field house, while the second floor includes a player’s lounge, multiple walk-through rooms, and an additional cardio area overlooking the outdoor practice fields. The roof includes a 5,600 SF patio for staff use and a premium lounge area for fans attending training camp.

A simulator room features two 25-yard-wide screens with four overhead projectors stitching the image together, enabling the Browns to use the space for film study or performing walk-throughs.

The facility was required to be open by August 1, 2024 (for training camp), meaning over $8 million of work had to be put in place just over 5½ months. Achieving this fast-paced schedule is a testament to our dedication to our clients and our flexibility in staffing projects correctly to meet challenging deadlines.
