This main focus of this project is the transformation of the historic 7-story ArtCraft building on Superior Avenue in downtown Cleveland into the new headquarters for the Cleveland Division of Police (CDP). The 261,990 SF building will house all of CDP’s teams and branches under one roof and will also feature space for the Police Museum.
The gut-rehab renovation will include all new building systems, a new roof, new elevators, and an efficient floorplan with the flexibility needed for all CDP functions today and into the future.
Also included in the project is the construction of a 4-story, 15,400 SF CAT IV Building connected to the ArtCraft building. This facility will house a garage, the Northeast Ohio Regional Fusion Center (NEORFC), and Real Time Crime Center.
Our team is ready to show you how being built different helps us build better for you.
