Cornerstone Business Park is a 157-acre industrial park positioned within a close proximity of two 4-way interchanges. The site is the former Chrysler manufacturing plant that serves as an ideal location for distribution and light industrial uses.

The Spec Industrial Building was constructed utilizing structural precast perimeter with structural steel for the interior construction.
