Located in the spec warehouse previously constructed by Independence Construction, this project created a new Class “A” corporate headquarters for the leader in premium art supplies and writing instruments.

The 14,285 SF office includes a mix of open cubicles and private offices. Features of the space include:

• A board room
• A product display room to showcase the company’s product lineup
• Specialized work rooms dedicated to product development

The 126,230 SF distribution center and warehouse is serviced by a 2,485 SF shipping office located adjacent to the docks, providing direct access for logistics and shipping operations. The distribution area is fully optimized for inventory storage, order processing, and shipping.
