With a renewed focus on its concrete business, Donley’s wanted to update its office space to reflect the company’s culture, quality of work, and history in the region, as well as to create more cohesive branding across all of its offices. This renovation modernized the space to facilitate a more open and collaborative office.

A new training room with state-of-the-art video conferencing, audio, and training technology features a glass overhead door that opens to the new café to create a flexible and collaborative space. The new open café features an adjacent patio which serves to make the space more inviting while encouraging informal workplace interaction.

The project scope of work also included upgrading the exterior envelope on the front of the building to a more current system to create a more comfortable environment and meet code. Finish upgrades and other miscellaneous code upgrades were also included.
