A 16-acre expansion of the existing footprint of the Cleveland Browns training campus, this project will create a new, mixed-use neighborhood adjacent to the CrossCountry Mortgage Campus. The main focus of the project is a 7,000-seat community field lined for multiple sports for youth, high school, and adult participation. The field will also be the new home for the Berea-Midpark High School football team.

The new pedestrian-friendly neighborhood will also feature:

• A sports medicine facility operated by the team health-system partner, University Hospitals (UH)
• 140-key upscale hotel
• 150 market-rate apartments
• 15,000 SF of retail space
• 45,000 SF of modern office space

The project is a joint effort among Haslam Sports Group, DiGeronimo Companies, the City of Berea, CrossCountry Mortgage, and University Hospitals.
