Oatey’s new customer support center/corporate headquarters is a state-of-the-art, sustainable, and energy-efficient facility to accommodate the firm’s growing staff. The project site is adjacent to the Cleveland Metroparks, and the building is situated to capitalize on the park view, particularly from the 2,800 SF exterior porch.

The building’s exterior features dark bronze, stone, and expanses of glass curtainwall. Native plant species are used throughout the landscape to be water-wise and respectful to the park.

The building includes a variety of open and closed conferencing, which supports the company’s diverse and collaborative culture. Amenities include multiple indoor cafés, outdoor picnic areas, a fitness suite, and an outdoor walking trail.
