The first building in the commercial district of its Valor Acres mixed-use development, the DiGeronimo Companies’ New Headquarters building will house the company’s corporate offices and serve as an anchor for the development.

The 5-story mixed-use office building includes retail space and indoor parking on the ground floor, while the upper floors consist of office space.

Floors 4 and 5 house office staff from Independence Construction, Independence Excavating, and DiGeronimo Development, bringing these currently separated entities together under one roof, making better use of shared resources and creating a more collaborative environment.

DiGeronimo Companies’ office space includes open work spaces and private offices. Features include a variety of small to large meeting rooms with state-of-the-art AV systems, informal meeting spaces, a large café with adjacent covered terrace, and a wellness room.

In addition to IC’s CMR services, our Special Projects Group performed the interior framing, ceilings, insulation, and general trades, while our Independence Excavating performed the site clearing, site grading, SWPPP, and building pad preparation.
