Located at our Forward Innovation Center East industrial business park, this new single-story distribution warehouse building for the full-service pharmaceutical distributor features a 238,640 SF warehouse area and 11,000 SF of office space. The structure has precast concrete panel exterior walls with an interior steel frame and a multi-sloping roof plane.

The main office area features a reception area, private offices, open office areas, conference spaces, a break room, and locker rooms. Meanwhile, shipping and receiving offices are located on both the west and east sides of the facility to accommodate inbound/outbound needs and restroom facilities for drivers and employees/associates.

The warehouse is designed with a 36’ interior clear height to accommodate high-bay racking and is fully conditioned by roof top units and HVLS fans for air flow. In addition, the cross dock setup allows for inbound and outbound shipments to be separated.

DiGeronimo Development is a developer on the project, and in addition to IC’s Design-Build services, our Special Projects Group completed the general trades, while Independence Excavating performed the earthwork and utilities.
