Distribution Center

The second facility at our Forward Innovation Center East industrial business park, this project consisted of a new single-story distribution warehouse building for Cardinal Health, a full-service pharmaceutical distributor. The building features a 238,640 SF warehouse area and a 10,000 SF office area, including reception, private offices, open office areas, conference spaces, a break room, and restrooms.

The structure features precast concrete panel exterior walls with an interior steel frame and a multi-sloping roof plane. The building has a 36’ interior clear height.
