Located in Cleveland’s Buckeye-Woodland neighborhood, the site presents multiple challenges, including the need to build around two existing homes and a church. Furthermore, Miceli’s existing facilities must remain in operation at all times during construction, requiring careful scheduling and coordination from the project team.
In addition to IC’s CM at Risk services, our Special Projects Group is performing the general trades package, while Independence Excavating is performing the sitework, utilities, and demolition on the project.
