Located in Cleveland’s popular Tremont neighborhood, this project consisted of a 4-story, 102-unit premium apartment complex over a 1-story parking garage. Four Airbnb-type units and space for a future retail restaurant are located on the first floor, while four penthouse suites offer stunning views of downtown.

Amenities include a rooftop patio, a community courtyard with a pool, a solarium with a high-end communal kitchen and a fireplace, and a HIIT-inspired fitness studio.

DiGeronimo Development was a developer on the project, and in addition to IC’s CM at Risk services, our Special Projects Group was responsible for the exterior siding and general requirements, while Independence Excavating performed the sitework and site utilities.
