This high design concept live-work community features 124 units (studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom), as well as two boutique hotel units on a 2-acre site in Cleveland’s Tremont neighborhood. The apartments have a sleek and modern design with open floor plans, high ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling windows.

The Limelight area offers shared, flexible workspace in over 8,000 square feet of wide open space on the first floor of the building, enabling residents to experience a true live-work lifestyle.

The lobby features a Coffee & Wine Bar with an oversized fireplace, ambient lighting, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a custom bar built by local artisans. Other amenities include:

  • High-end fitness center
  • Two Rooftop decks with views of the downtown Cleveland skyline
  • Exterior murals and “living” sculpture garden
  • Located adjacent to the 87 mile Towpath trail

The building was constructed utilizing a structural steel podium with four levels of wood framed structure above. The site is multi-tiered utilizing site retaining walls to provide beautiful views of the downtown Cleveland skyline.
