This 4-story development includes student housing and commercial space. The top three levels of the facility are devoted to the Front Street Residence Hall, which accommodate 131 students in 81 suites. Features include full bathrooms in each suite, laundry rooms on each floor, a vending machine area, study rooms, and a common kitchen/lounge area.
University Market makes up the 18,214 SF ground floor and includes a drive-up banking facility, bookstore with in-house coffee shop, made-to-order pizza shop, and space for future tenants.
