Geauga County Office Building

This new three-story office building enables the County to consolidate more than a dozen departments in one facility, providing the citizens of Geauga County with a convenient, central location to access the services they provide.

The building exterior was designed to complement the surrounding wooded environment, while the project preserved valuable wetlands and included an environmentally sensitive stormwater management system.

The facility features open interiors, sweeping views to the exterior, and a variety of common areas and meeting spaces for office workers.

In addition, common meeting and dining spaces for all departments and public meetings foster collaboration between departments and citizens.

A drop-off area and large parking lot provide spaces for visitors, including ample ADA parking areas.
