This new three-story office building enables the County to consolidate more than a dozen departments in one facility, providing the citizens of Geauga County with a convenient, central location to access the services they provide.

The building exterior is designed to complement the surrounding wooded environment, while the project preserves valuable wetlands and includes an environmentally sensitive stormwater management system.

The facility features open interiors, sweeping views to the exterior, and a variety of common areas and meeting spaces for office workers. In addition, common meeting and dining spaces for all departments and public meetings foster collaboration between departments and citizens. A drop off area and large parking lot provide spaces for visitors, including ample ADA parking areas.
