This project included a 45,000 SF, 3-story addition to the staffing company’s corporate headquarters building in downtown Cleveland, as well as renovations to the existing space. The addition features:

1. Offices and open workstations
2. A board room
3. Conference rooms
4. Smaller huddle rooms
5. Informal gathering spaces
6. A 2-story reception lobby
7. A rooftop terrace

The existing building was renovated and features a new café with a rooftop deck. The exterior brick was also stained to match the new building.

A glass-walled connector was added between the addition and the existing building, as well as an inviting courtyard for use by employees.

In addition to IC’s CMR services, our Special Projects Group was responsible for the carpentry, interior glass partitions, and general requirements on the project, and our affiliated company through the DiGeronimo Companies performed the excavation and utilities.
