The exterior of the six-story hotel features a combination of red brick and pale blue, gray, and tan concrete, while steel accents, reflective blue-tinted windows, and a triangular module on the roof give the structure a modern feel.

This new 135-room hotel includes three meeting rooms that can be combined into a space of approximately 1,800 SF, an indoor pool, an on-site fitness center, and a “Coffee to Cocktails” bar that is open to serve food and beverages to guests and other patrons of Legacy Village from early morning through late night.

The 135,100 SF post-tensioned, cast-in-place concrete parking structure accommodates 355 vehicles on five levels.
