Infiniti of Akron

This project consists of a one-story auto dealership on a 3.75-acre parcel of land in Green, Ohio, containing a 250 parking space sales lot. The facility includes a 5-Vehicle Showroom, 4-Vehicle Service Drive, 6-Bay Service Area, 2-Vehicle Detail Bay, Conference Room and a 10-Office Sales Department.

Site work for the project included the demolition of two outbuildings. The site also contains a fully underground retention structure. The building envelope consists of full height colored and sandblasted masonry block with a full glass curtain wall facade.

The showroom area of the facility includes 20' high gypsum board ceilings and many brand-specific finishes, including millwork and tile/carpeted flooring. The service and service drive areas of the facility included a painted 16' ceiling and ceramic tiled flooring.
