This project consisted of a one-story auto dealership on a 3.75-acre parcel of land containing a 250 parking space sales lot. Features of the facility include:

• 5-Vehicle Showroom
• 4-Vehicle Service Drive
• 6-Bay Service Area
• 2-Vehicle Detail Bay
• Conference Room
• 10-Office Sales Department

Sitework for the project included the demolition of two outbuildings. The site also contains a fully underground retention structure. The building envelope consists of full-height colored and sandblasted masonry block with a full glass curtainwall façade.

The showroom area of the facility includes 20’ high gypsum board ceilings and many brand-specific finishes, including millwork and tile/carpeted flooring. The service and service drive areas of the facility included a painted 16’ ceiling and ceramic tiled flooring.
