Located on a 5.51-acre property, the sitework for this project included clearing of the entire piece of property and the expansion of an existing retention basin on a separate parcel of land. The building exterior features a 128’ long x 35’ high glass curtainwall façade.

During construction, a major brand redesign was performed by the auto manufacturer, which involved a redesign of structural steel and brand finishes. These modifications were incorporated into the project and building completion kept on schedule.

The 2-story facility opened as the first brand redesigned building by this auto manufacturer in the country and features:
