The Madison Avenue Spec Industrial Building is a light industrial building situated on a 9-acre section of a 22-acre site. The project was constructed utilizing structural precast perimeter with structural steel for the interior construction.

The building features:

• 10 (9’x10’) docks
• 2 (12’x14’) drive thru doors
• 7” non-reinforced slab
• ESFR sprinkler system
• Clerestory windows
• 26’ clear height
