Located on the existing nursing and educational campus of the Sisters of Notre Dame, Chardon Province, this facility was part of the Notre Dame Village project. The memory care assisted living facility is comprised of three, one-story houses that accommodate 12 residents each. Each household includes its own living, dining, and resident support spaces, as well as its own distinct front entrance. Residentially designed open kitchens allow caregivers and family members to prepare meals from scratch for residents.
