Located in the spec warehouse previously constructed by Independence Construction, this project consisted of a build-out for the company’s new corporate headquarters and primary distribution center.

The 17,840 SF office space features a mix of private offices, open cubicles, conference rooms, and a specialized paper workshop area to facilitate product development and team collaboration.

To meet the tight timeline for Millcraft’s relocation, Independence Construction strategically prioritized completing the 97,485 SF distribution center and warehouse build-out ahead of the office space. This approach allowed the wholesale distributor of specialty paper products to begin warehouse operations without delay, enabling a phased occupancy that supported continuity in their distribution activities while office construction was finalized.
