This project consisted of the core and shell construction of two “Class A” post-tension concrete office buildings located in the Pinecrest mixed-use development. The building façades are constructed of floor to ceiling window walls providing building occupants with beautiful views and abundant natural lighting.
Building amenities include state-of-the-art building security, high-end lobby and common restroom finishes, and two elevators in each building. The ground floors contain approximately 50,000 SF of retail to service building occupants as well as other Pinecrest patrons.
DiGeronimo Development was a developer on the project, and in addition to IC’s CM at Risk services, Independence Excavating performed the site environmental, earth retention, sitework, and site utilities.
