To accommodate a growing workforce and desiring a more modern facility, Pepperl+Fuchs (a global leader in the manufacturing of industrial automation products) selected a greenfield site in Twinsburg for their new North American headquarters.

The new one-story facility includes open work spaces and private offices. Features and amenities include:

• R&D lab and support space
• Compliance lab
• Machine shop
• Shipping and receiving area
• Fitness center with shower facilities
• Large, open café with adjacent partially-covered patio
• Wellness room

The new building was designed and constructed to achieve LEED Gold certification.

In addition to IC’s CM services, our Special Project Group performed the general trades and rough and finish carpentry packages on the project.
