Looking to consolidate its office, warehouse, and test lab into a single location, Park Place Technologies (PPT), the worldwide leader in data center and networking optimization, selected three buildings (including a parking garage) once part of Progressive Insurance’s extensive campus to create its own global headquarters campus.

The renovation of the 171,500 SF main building and 100,500 SF annex provide PPT with ample space for its growing workforce while also providing expanded amenities for its employees.

The campus features workplace areas, conference and training rooms, collaboration zones, lounges, a large café with recreational space, a wellness room, fitness facilities, laboratories, warehouses, and support spaces. Outdoor amenities include basketball and pickle ball courts.

In addition to IC’s CM at Risk services on the project, our Special Projects Group performed the general requirements, selective demolition, drywall and ceilings, and carpentry packages.
