Seeking to consolidate its campuses into a more centralized location, Heritage Classical Academy purchased a 65-acre property that had previously been used as a behavioral health residential facility. In order to create a new pre-K-12 campus, Independence Construction completed the renovation of portions of six existing buildings for additional classroom space, as well as created accessible restrooms and upgraded MEPT systems.

In addition to IC’s Design-Build services, our Special Projects Group performed the rough carpentry, non-structural metal framing, gypsum boards, and acoustical and metal panel ceilings.
