Newell Creek Professional Center

This new 3-story office building is located on a 3-acre site that is part of the commercial/medical corridor being developed along Norton Parkway in Mentor, Ohio. The exterior materials consist of stone, metal panels, glass, and wood-grain siding to create an image that is both contemporary and welcoming.

Each floor is designed for flexibility and can accommodate multiple configurations of tenant spaces, with a single common core. The exterior walls are full height glass, which allows for generous ceiling heights to take advantage of views and natural light.

Site amenities include a connection to the walking path along Norton Parkway, landscaped grounds, convenient parking around the perimeter of the site, and private outdoor roof decks on the second and third floors.

The building is easily accessible and is designed with separate public and staff entry points. The main entry consists of a canopy and glass lobby that face Norton Parkway and is readily visible from passersby both day and night.

The fit-out of the third floor for a law firm was also included in the scope of the project. The office suite includes a 1,000 SF mock courtroom with state-of-the-art technology.
