Located at the juncture of I-80, Route 10, and I-480 in this west side suburb of Cleveland, this new ambulatory health center and freestanding emergency department was constructed to meet the increased demand for outpatient services and provide primary and specialty care in the communities surrounding UH Elyria Medical Center and UH St. John Medical Center.

The new facility includes:

• 24/7 emergency room
• Outpatient laboratory services
• Primary care and digestive health services
• Radiology department
• OB-GYN services
• UH Rainbow Babies & Children’s pediatric care unit
• Retail pharmacy
• Helipad

The project scope included development of 10 acres of the 30-acre site, requiring working around and protecting multiple wetlands in close proximity to the project work.
