Summary Back to Top

This project consisted of a new memory care assisted living and independent living complex on the grounds of the Sisters of Notre Dame’s existing nursing and educational campus in western Geauga County, as well as 31 acres of site development.

A 150,000 SF, 3-story apartment complex provides 80 one- and two-bedroom suites for independent living and includes an underground parking deck. The main level features a two-story formal dining room and café, adjacent to a full-service commercial kitchen. Other amenities include a multi-purpose room, fitness room, art center, library, media room, and prayer room.

The memory care assisted living facility is comprised of three, one-story houses that accommodate 12 residents each. Each household includes its own living, dining, and resident support spaces, as well as its own distinct front entrance. Residentially designed open kitchens allow caregivers and family members to prepare meals from scratch for residents.
