New American Headquarters

To accommodate a growing workforce and desiring a more modern facility, Pepperl+Fuchs (a global leader in the manufacturing of industrial automation products) selected a greenfield site in Twinsburg, Ohio, for its new North American headquarters.

The new one-story facility includes open workspaces and private offices. Features and amenities include:

• R&D lab and support space
• Compliance lab
• Machine shop
• Shipping and receiving area
• Gym with shower facilities
• Large, open café with adjacent partially-covered patio
• Wellness room

The new building was designed and constructed to achieve LEED Gold certification.
