This multi-phase renovation focused on providing fans with more social spaces, while also enhancing amenities and facilities for players and staff.

The first phase was completed during a single off-season and delivered ahead of the 2024 home opener and features:

• Right Field Pennant District: An expanded open-air, group outing area, with 360-degree views.
• Left Field Terrace Garden: A rooftop beer garden with improved sight lines to the city and easy-to-access food and beverage stands.

The second stage of the project continued throughout the 2024 season and into the off-season, and was completed ahead of the 2025 home opener:

• The Terrace Hub: Transformation of the glass-enclosed Terrace Club into open-air loges with access to a climate-controlled indoor lounge.
• Administration Building: Full renovation of the building for front office operations and addition of a 5th floor.
• Home and Visitor Clubhouses: Upgrades and expansions to training areas, kitchen facilities, and technological performance spaces.
• Dugout Club and Lounges: New members-only area featuring upscale indoor space and six private lounges.
