Located in the upscale Pinecrest mixed-use development on Cleveland’s east side, this premium restaurant features more than 8,100 SF on the first floor, bar seating for 24, three private event spaces, street-level patio seating, and a 2,300 SF rooftop deck overlooking Pinecrest’s Central Park.

The build-out of the existing shell required modification and installation of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as construction of the complete dining, kitchen, and bar areas. The project also included floor resurfacing, signage, and storefront systems.
