This project consisted of a new assisted living building on the grounds of Eliza Jennings’ existing campus. The new 2-story facility has 48 units, 18 of which accommodate the unique needs of residents who require specialized memory support, offering a homelike, compassionate, and secure environment.

Common living and dining spaces give residents opportunities to better connect and engage with each other.

In addition to IC’s CM at Risk services, our Special Projects Group was responsible for the general requirements on the project.
