Located on a 40-acre suburban site, this project consisted of a 130,000 SF Family Health Center and a 60,000 SF Ambulatory Surgery Center. The two facilities are linked by a 2-story central entrance space containing small retail spaces on the first floor and conference rooms on the second floor.

The two-story Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) has four state-of-the-art outpatient surgery rooms and four procedure rooms, as well as a complete Vascular Laboratory. The first floor contains an Emergency Department with an imaging suite, including an MRI and CT. The ASC also houses:

• Central sterile supply
• Lab diagnostics
• Prep/recovery beds
• Materials management areas

The adjacent four-story Family Health Center houses:

• Typical doctors’ office exam rooms
• Offices
• Blood draw lab
• Lobby
• Food service area
• Conference area
• 2 aquatherapy pools
• Pharmacy
