This new healthcare facility includes two major structures: a four-story, 130,000 SF Family Health Center and a two-story, 60,000 SF Ambulatory Surgery Center. A two-story central entrance space links the two service centers, which includes retail on the first floor and conference rooms on the second floor.

The two-story Ambulatory Surgery Center has four state-of-the-art outpatient surgery rooms, four procedure rooms, and a complete vascular laboratory. The first floor Emergency Department includes an imaging suite with MRI and CT equipment. The facility also houses:

• Central sterile supply
• Lab diagnostics
• Prep/recovery beds
• Materials management areas

The adjacent four-story Family Health Center houses:

• Doctors’ office exam rooms
• blood draw lab
• 2 aquatherapy pools
• Pharmacy
• Conference area
• Offices
• Food service area
