This single-story multi-tenant flexible spec warehouse building was designed with a 32’ interior clear height and has insulated precast concrete panel exterior walls, an interior steel frame, and a flat roof.

Features of the facility include:

• 50-foot column spacing
• LED lighting systems
• 20 dock doors
• 3 drive-in doors
• 325 parking spaces

DiGeronimo Development was the developer on the project and in addition to IC’s Design-Build services, our Special Projects Group performed the general trades and Independence Excavating performed the demolition, mass excavation, and site utilities.

Independence Construction also completed the fit-out of the building, providing office and warehouse/light industrial space for two tenants.
