This project consisted of the renovation of an existing storage space to create a brand new, high-end club space to accompany new field seats at the Cleveland Browns’ Huntington Bank Field.

Designed to offer an unparalleled experience for Field Seat ticket holders, the club can accommodate up to 360 patrons and features a refined bar, coffered ceilings, premium servery stations, and flexible event space. With dedicated restrooms and kitchen space, the venue seamlessly transitions for both game day and multi-use events.

The project was completed under an accelerated schedule to ensure its availability for the Browns’ first home game of the season.
