Silverspot Cinema is a state-of-the-art entertainment dine-in theater created for the true film lover. This 10-cinema theater, located in the Pinecrest mixed-use development, features a full service bar and restaurant, a full production kitchen, and stadium reclined seating.

Independence Construction was also the CM at Risk for the core and shell building which consisted of a post-tension concrete and steel structure with an insulated metal panel and glass exterior wall, as well as all building mechanical, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure, site hardscape, and landscaping.
