Located on the site of Swagelok’s existing headquarters and manufacturing facility, the project encompasses demolition of a 1-story, 15,000 sq. ft. office building to be replaced by a 3-story, 126,195 sq. ft. facility to house 250 current Swagelok associates, with room for workforce expansion as the business continues to grow.
The new building will wrap around the existing manufacturing plant and will feature glass and metal profile panels on the exterior to reflect the company’s long history of precision metal machining. In addition to housing corporate offices, the new space will feature collaborative spaces throughout, as well as a Customer Welcome and Innovation Center on the first floor.
The project also includes the renovation of 46,300 sq. ft. of space within the adjacent high bay manufacturing area and an enclosed parking garage.
