Swagelok Global Headquarters & Innovation Center

Located on the site of Swagelok’s existing headquarters and manufacturing facility, the project encompassed demolition of a 1-story, 15,000 SF office building that was replaced by a 3-story, 126,195 SF facility to house 250 current Swagelok associates, with room for workforce expansion as the business continues to grow.

The new building wraps around the existing manufacturing plant and features glass and metal profile panels on the exterior to reflect the company’s long history of precision metal machining.

In addition to housing corporate offices, the new space features an open office concept with collaborative spaces throughout and a fully operational laboratory, as well as client entertainment and product showcase elements.

The project also included the renovation of approximately 46,300 SF of space within the 24/7 operational facility, including a cafeteria, locker room, and office spaces.
