Central Distribution Center

Located on the site of Swagelok’s Global Headquarters & Innovation Center campus, this new distribution center includes the functions of a finished goods warehouse, as well as the necessary supporting office space, restrooms, locker rooms, and a break room area.

The exterior walls of the single-story building consist of a precast concrete tilt-up panel system with a steel bar joist and column framing structure.
