This project consisted of the renovation and addition to the dining terrace and bar areas, demolition of the old pool, installation of a new 25-yard competition pool and a new children’s pool, new buildings for pool equipment, pool check-in, and restrooms.

The Country Club facility was fully operational during the construction process, and the project was completed on time and under budget.

In addition to IC’s CM at Risk services, Independence Excavating performed the sitework, site utilities, minor abatement, and miscellaneous cutting.
