Summary Back to Top

Located near Pinecrest’s Central Park communal green space, The Last Page features a design based on the axiom, “a vibrant restaurant offers theater.”

The restaurant’s “green room” is a versatile comfortable space resembling a theater’s lobby. It is designed for casual meetings, late-night drinks after a movie at Silverspot Cinema, a quick bite, or Saturday-morning coffee.

Meanwhile, the main dining room serves as the main stage, with a 14-seat bar, comfortable booths – some referred to as “balconies,” others with a 1920’s feel, and others with a more modern vibe – and ample tables and chairs.

Prohibition era forms the inspiration for the décor, but modern touches throughout enhance the restaurant’s ambiance. A tin ceiling, for instance, has an old-fashioned look incorporated with modern floating-like beams. Terrazzo flooring, various textures, and other touches create a sleek, fresh atmosphere.

The Athena Room is a by-request space that is truly private, featuring its own entry through a seamless, hidden doorway, and a separate entrance to the kitchen. Guests are even able to control the music in this room at the back of the restaurant.

The project scope included electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and the full finish package.
